After my fragile Juiceman Junior finally went to small appliance heaven, I decided to shop around for a car that I can really live without hating = use it to clean it later. I had never heard of Breville before, but the solid 5 star caught my attention. The idea of ??a feeding tube large enough, so there is no need to spend so much preparation time was tempting, but what made ??me decide to buy the car (less somewhere else, shop around) were the high marks for cleanliness and performance. - Usually do not write a review soon, but this juicer just blew me away. What a beautiful piece of well thought through crafts! Being German, of course I prefer the performance of more than fragile and disposable objects, and this car looks and feels like it will be the test of time. I can not find the engine more powerful than all my previous machine, so that is not a problem. One critic wrote of putting a wet paper towel around the edge of the pulp catcher to prevent pieces of flesh flying off. I still had some small fugitives, probably because I did not do good, but a quick cleaning took care of it. Cleaning is really almost a joy compared to other machines. The screen mesh is built solidly, with no plastic parts to wear out where it counts. This machine is worth every penny and then some, and I thank all the previous reviewers for helping to select a wonderful piece of kitchen equipment!
